We offer Coaching one-on-one and through workshops, in-person or remotely using technological tools, on Executive Functioning skills (soft skills, cognitive control) including problem-solving, planning, working memory, prioritization, and organization. Our collaborative coaching focuses on topics such as self-advocacy, focus, motivation, goal setting, time management. study skills, preparing for the upcoming school year, breaking a task down into smaller pieces or help with understanding concepts. We provide help with transitions to middle school, high school, and college and take the frustration out of learning through skill development in social, life, and academic skills.
