Small Business Webcast

Free Continuing Education for Small Business

Are you wondering if the Webcast can be viewed on your computer?

Here’s a couple of steps to find out now.

The Instructors @ hope you will take a moment to run through this simple testing procedure before you attempt to log in a scheduled webcast. Not all web browsers are compatible with Webex so take just a few minutes to make sure you are ready to go.

To test your operating system, go to

1. Click on the Support Tab

2. Click the blue box “Click Here For Support”

3. Click the “join meeting test procedure”

4. Enter your name and e-mail address, then click “Join”

You may need to update or install the plug in ActiveX.

If ActiveX needs to be installed, you will see a notice at the top of your screen warning you that you will need to install Active X in order to log into the Webcast. Right click on the yellow bar and then click run (see below) to install the plug in.

Once your system requirements have been checked and any necessary plugins installed you should see the message “Join Meeting Test Successful”. You are now ready to view our next free webcast at

If it didn’t work, try it again with a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari). If it still doesn’t work, please contact Webex support.
